How do I book a trip for a colleague?

You can create a new trip from the main dashboard by clicking the 'New Trip' button. You'll be able to add multiple travelers to a single booking, and our system will handle the rest.

Can I set travel policies or spending limits?

Travel Desk allows for company-specific rules and preferences to be noted in your account profile, which our agents use to ensure compliance. Direct spending limit controls are planned for a future release.

What happens if a flight is canceled or delayed?

Our support team monitors all active bookings. In case of disruptions, your assigned travel consultant will proactively reach out to the affected travelers with alternative options and assistance.

How do I handle group bookings for events?

For group bookings (5+ travelers), please use the standard 'New Trip' form and add all travelers. For very large groups or complex event logistics, we recommend contacting your assigned travel consultant directly for personalized service.

Is Travel Desk integrated with our expense management software?

While direct integration is on our roadmap, all booking confirmations and receipts are standardized and can be easily forwarded or downloaded for straightforward expense reporting.

How do I change or cancel a booking?

You can request changes or cancellations directly from the trip details page. Click on the 'Amend Trip' or 'Cancel Trip' buttons, and an agent will process your request. Please note that airline and hotel policies will apply.
